Human Resources are vital part of any organization and as they take care of employees who in turn can take care of clients and other stakeholders .
With advent of Covid19 in mid of March, the new norm of Work From Home started kicking in and it warranted many changes in the work style. The major issues were around work life balance, emotional issues, and missing colleagues. Our HR team, with a proactive approach, has managed to find the correct formula to make us loosen up a little. With bundle of virtual activities to connect with each other, below is a quick recap:

- Psychological Distress During the Pandemic and Its Management – Good talk by Ms. Subhashini Gopal, Psychologist for easing our minds with her informative tips.
- Connecting with employees individually through phone and filling the gaps as far as they could.
