We are a team of about 300+ employees with development center in Chennai, Madurai and Coimbatore in India and global offices in US, Ireland, Sweden, Dubai, and UK. We have been in operations for about 13+ years now and we have built about 200+ web applications and 80+ mobile applications. Business Analyst /Recruitment Specialist /AX Functional Consultant / Marketing Analyst

Business Analyst

• Fluent in spoken and written language skill, ability to ask insightful questions to retrieve information from stakeholders, communicate project requirements clearly and unambiguously to the team in simple language, must be bold and not hesitate to ask for further information.
• Must be a good listener and absorb information, able to understand the objective or the context, ability to identify the tone and voice of the customer.
• Fully understand a problem, outline the parameters, produce potential solution, quickly react, and solve recent problems, must have critical thinking skills.
• Must research and analyze data, ability to make critical decisions and decisive plan of action, ability to analyze a problem from multiple perspective and decide on best solution.
• Document all requirements, must be clear and concise in documenting. Knowledge in MS Office, Software design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, InVision and Project Management tools such as Jira, Azure, etc.,
• Establishing the technical vision and analyzing trade-offs between usability and performance needs by teaming up with developers and subject matter experts
• Communicating and collaborating proactively with external and internal teams to analyze information needs and functional as and when required
• Delivering work products throughout the project life cycle

• Participate in Design & implementation of overall recruiting strategy
• Write and post job descriptions on career websites, and other relevant boards.
• To run recruitment campaigns, walk-ins etc., to generate high quality leads.
• Source candidates through databases, job portals, social media, and networking.
• Build talent networks to find qualified active and passive candidates.
• Evaluate & Screen resumes and cover letters.
• Use recruiting tools for objective assessments to assess candidate skills.
• Coordination with Team Heads and understanding their requirements, defining job positions.
• Involvement in Planning & implementation of recruitment marketing and employer branding strategy to attract high quality applicants.

• We are seeking a Functional Consultant intern from the Finance/ Trade domains and who will subsequently trained In the Microsoft D365 F&O
• Good Communication

• Interested in do a functional role for D365 F&O ERP application
• Qualification: Degree/MBA from B schools

• Good understanding of online marketing and branding initiatives.
• Exposure to tools like Google Analytics, SemRush to analyse visitor traffic and build strategies for branding.
• Aptitude to work with the Marketing team leads to learning new tools and acquiring skills.
• Excellent communication and co-ordination skills and energy to execute tasks
