Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Market Research Analyst / Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a specific focus on the USA, UK, Europe, and Australian markets. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of internet research, LinkedIn, and lead generation strategies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Applicants must hold a basic bachelor’s degree with English as the medium of instruction from school to degree level.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs/Sheets, and excellent oral and written communication skills in English are essential.
  • Demonstrated expertise in lead generation techniques specific to the USA, UK, and Australian markets is required.
  • Knowledge of Internet research, LinkedIn, and effective lead generation strategies is mandatory.
  • Ability to identify companies/leads based on revenue, resource count, and other criteria, and extract contact information from various sources.
  • Experience in selling solutions based on Microsoft D365, F&O, CRM, Dynamic Business Central, and other enterprise technologies is necessary.
  • Capability to convert prospects into enterprise-level accounts using various tactics, including personalized emails and sales tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and knowledge of CRM tools and campaign management tools is an added advantage.
  • Active participation in learning, leveraging, and contributing to the evolution of our demand-generation process.
  • Exceed quarterly qualified leads quota to meet territory revenue objectives.
  • Regular participation in training and informational sessions.
  • Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Fresh Sales, Seemless.ai, etc., is beneficial.
  • The candidate should quickly grasp and understand the company’s services and solutions.
  • Ability to work as an individual team player or collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work from the office or remotely based on the needs of the job.
