Hurray! We made a grand move!
We inaugurated our Digital Innovation Center at Baid Hi-Tech Park, Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai, located on the East Coast Road with a view of the Bay of Bengal.
Yup! We are at walking distance from the beach. Happy to share the exciting moments of our inaugural.
A brand new, custom-built 10000+ sq ft. office space designed for our agile team. Open office spaces, meeting rooms(Mullai, Marudham, and Neidhal), conference facilities (Broadway and Talkies), in-house pantry, and “Eureka Corner”.
Eureka corner – an all-analog space with an open coffee table, stationary, books and board to chill and churn out ideas for the digital world. Yes, it is an Oxymoron! Going Analog lets you create better ideas for the Digital World.
We are so proud and thankful to have Mr. Lakshmi Narayanan (Ex-Vice Chairman and Ex-CEO of Cognizant), a veteran of the industry as our chief guest. Mr. Narayanan declared open our Digital Innovation Center followed by his inspiring inaugural address to OptiSolites.
We did a Hackathon “HackitOBS 2018” – a 48-hour marathon hack between our teams over the weekend before the inaugural. OptiSol Hack Heroes received accolades from the chief guest for their innovative hacks on IOT, AI, Blockchain and Marketplace.
After hearing from the industry veteran, the audience were additionally enthralled by the Spacekidz India team. Their story on “Innovation under Constraints”, inventing the world’s lightest satellite and launching through NASA kept everyone awed. Especially, The Gulabjamun story of Rifath Sharook will be in our memory forever.
Mr. Senthil, Regional Head, NASSCOM gave insights on innovation culture in mid-sized enterprises. He is a great industry support for innovative companies in the region.
Thanks to Mr. Nyswyn Jawaharlal from USEcology, US and Michael Quill – Revolution IT, Australia, our marque clients sharing their wishes over video recording. It was an awesome endorsement for OptiSol. We also had a live conference with our Irish Partner – Sajeesh and excited to have our offices in Ireland.
The fun quotient of the event was fulfilled with “Drums of Circle” conducted by Shakthi of 6.in and his 6th Grade Kid Sharan. 150 + audience – Optisolites, Friends, Family, Vendors, clients and partners – were drumming in circle coordinated by Shakthi and Sharan. What an energizing and entertaining way to conclude!
Wait! Wait! It is not over yet. We had sumptuous snacks from Mudra (Sarbat, Podi Idly, Ilai Appam and Payasam) and our neighbor street Akka provided wonderful Vallarai soup, keera vadai and kambu kozhakattai. You heard me right – These are only for Snacks. For Lunch, we had the best Mutton Dum biryani in town – Ya mohideen – with Chicken 65 and bread halwa. The vegetarians were taken care of box meals.
Team OptiSol is energized and inspired to work with “Growth Mindset: Learn It all rather than Know it all” in their new digital innovation center, creating digital products for our clients worldwide.
