Mr. Karthik Murugian - Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Profile: Mr. Karthikeyan has about 6 years of experience in Healthcare Related IT and IT enabled Services with comprehensive exposure to BPO operations worldwide. He holds an AHM Certification of the US Health care Industry. He has done multiple end-to-end transitions for major clientele like Sentara Health Management, WellPoint Health Networks and Pacific Care. His work experience includes extensive BPO transition experience with companies like Cognizant Technologies (CTS), Lason India. He has been one of the building blocks behind the establishment of Medulla Solutions and he's currently the Executive Director of the organization with a strong team of about 250 people.
He is an engineering graduate (BE) with masters in business administration (MBA).

Mr. Jayakumar Radhakarishnan – Founder and Chief Operating Officer
Profile: Mr. Jayakumar has about 5 years of experience in BFSI Related Services. He has been associated with major Product Development and Implementation initiatives of large-scale banks and financial service organizations like Infosys and iFlex in the ranks of Consultant. He has diverse international exposure and has spent major part of his career in Japan and has managed large projects. He has been one of the building blocks behind the establishment of Medulla Solutions. He currently takes care of the IT operations and strategic initiatives of OptiSol. He currently operates from US

Mr. Ahilan Ponnuswamy – Founder and Chief Technology Officer
Profile: Mr. Ahilan has about 9 years of experience at architect level in IT Related Services across multiple domains. He has diverse international exposure in the ranks of IT Consultant in Netherlands, Germany and US with large-scale corporates like Philips, GE etc and has been part of major enterprise IT initiatives in diverse fields. He heads the IT initiatives of OptiSol and drives the Strategic IT initiatives of the organization. He currently operates from US.
He has done masters in computer applications (MCA).

Mr. Sathish Saravanan – Founder and Chief Marketing Officer
Profile: Mr. Sathish has about 7 years of experience in leading a company with orientation to IT related services in the areas of Infrastructure Management Services, Application Development and Maintenance Services. He is currently the Managing Director of ACT InfoServe India Private Ltd and manages a strong team of about 120+ people. He has been the force behind the incorporation of the organization, team formation and strategic execution. He has been admired as the most Promising Entrepreneur by Industry Associations of Coimbatore. He currently takes care of the marketing initiatives of OptiSol and brings in the expertise of running a successful organization for the past 4 years. He was IT consultant at US before launching ACT InfoServe at Coimbatore.

Mr. Balaji Sundararajan, Director - Business Development
Profile: Balaji Sundararajan has over 12 years of IT experience and has extensive experience in designing, delivering and managing complex web applications. He is a specialist in Content Management System & Portal applications and has delivered enterprise portal and CMS to a number of fortune 500 companies. Before joining OptiSol, has held senior management positions in companies like HP, HCL, and Trigent. He was in charge of managing program management offices of various sizes in the onsite - offshore delivery frameworks.
At OptiSol he holds the critical role of Business Development and other strategic IT initiatives. He holds a masters degree in computer application.

Mr. Premkumar Pandi – Founder and Business Consultant
Profile: Mr. Premkumar has about 6 years of experience in BFSI Related Services. He has completed many full life cycle Project Implementations in the capacity of Project Management for major Insurance and Financial Services companies in US and Japan starting from Initiation to closing cycle of Project Management. He has diverse expertise with cross cultural exposure. He currently takes care of the marketing initiatives and the IT operations of OptiSol. He has been one of the building blocks behind the establishment of Medulla Solutions and is in the board of directors of the organization. He currently operates from US.
