ACT moves to new greater environment
ACT Infoserve has moved to new greater environment on 2/16/2007. The new floor was inaugurated by MR C R Swaminathan, Chief Executive, PSG Institutions on 15/02/2007. The new floor has been set up keeping in mind, the infrastructure requirements of any enterprise level company. Various factors including Data Security, Physical Security, Safety Measures, Power Backup, Disaster Recovery Plan has been taken care in this new floor. Considering projects which requires instant availability of seats and manpower, We have put additional ready to use seats of about 50 and we are constantly building our Resume database to address any urgent project requirement

Medulla solution completes one exciting year of operation with excellence
Medulla Solutions, the BPO associate company of OptiSol has completed one exciting year of operation with excellence through six sigma frame work. The organization ramped up in about 40 days currently has about 125 seat with about 250 people working in multiple shifts. Through this journey, the organization has established an impeccable domain expertise and process orientation.

ACT InfoServe is now ISO certified
ACT Infoserve is an ISO 9001:2000 certified company, certified by Bureau Veritas - a International Certification Body for Quality Standards.
The scope of the Quality Management System in ACT includes Information Technology support services, contact center services, web design and multimedia solutions. Internal Audit of all core and supporting processes of ACT takes place, once every six months to ensure that customer satisfaction and service quality are enhanced. External audit by Bureau Veritas takes place once every year to ensure that Quality is maintained as per the requirements of the ISO Standard.
At ACT, right from the top management to the trainee, all were committed to implement this Quality Certification and are continuing to do so as to enable continual improvement of its operations.
