Typically, the global customer base has been more comfortable outsourcing "horizontal" processes to third-party vendors as these processes do not provide any competitive advantage to retain in-house. Also this provides an opportunity to the clients to move their non core process overheads to us. Internally to OptiSol, establishing presence in horizontal services within a vertical provides an opportunity to learn the dynamics of the domain and to start building the capabilities in-house to move up in the value chain within that domain.
